Best time to move your office
It is common to see a surge of Austin office leasing activity this time of year as companies are trying to secure new leases and get moved before the first of the year. Many companies like to use the slow holiday period to move. Moving can cause a big reduction in employee productivity– both immediately before and after. It is always a good idea to consider your business cycles and to plan your office move around this.
